Hotels and Meals
The ECU and the organizer urge all participants to stay in official accommodation to avoid the possible introduction of COVID-19 infections. Reservations are possible only directly through the organizer of the championship.
Reservations and 50% of payments for hotels must be made before February 20th, 2022 (deadline for bookings), the remaining payment (50%) must be made by February 28th.
Daily cost of full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) accommodation, per person:

All hotels are in the same complex.
The Organizing Committee will not complete hotel bookings until payments have been made to the organizer`s account, but not later than Februar 20th, 2022.
After this date, the advance payments are not refundable in case of cancellation, with an exception cancellation because of covid19 – on presentation of the relevant document or if the decision of event cancelation/postponement is made by the organisers.
