Special Competition Rules
Any player who has not arrived at the board 15 minutes after the start of the session shall lose the game.
The appeal submission fee is set at two hundred Euros (200 EUR).
The chairman and a member of the Appeal Committee and Chief and deputy arbiter of the competition will be announced by ECU no later than Februar 20th, 2022.
The ECU Dress Code as described in detail in the ECU regulations (shorts, caps, slippers, sunglasses, hats – except for religious reasons, etc. are not allowed). The ECU anti-cheating guidelines, the FIDE Code of Ethics and the ECU Fair Play Code are valid for all the European Championships and all players, arbiters, organisers & participants shall observe these regulations.
